As I had mentioned before, I am not a huge fan of pumpkin but this fall weather has me wanting to like it! Since I have a can of pureed pumpkin in my cupboard, I decided to play with a pumpkin breakfast smoothie recipe.
1 C pureed pumpkin (I used canned)
1 C milk
1 scoop NutriForce NutriWhey Chocolate powder (you can use vanilla too)
3 T shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
I had to add a little extra milk to thin it out because holy crap it’s thick! So much for making a breakfast smoothie….this is a pudding!!
