All in a name

As my name says; my life is hectic,  I’m a mom and athletic.   So when I have to sneak in a short workout while my little dude in asleep,  sometimes it’s going to happen when its 18* outside. 

So I bundled up….


I took a partner WOD and halved it for myself. 

50 double unders
25 DB power cleans (30# in each hand)
50 air squats
25 shoulder to overhead
50 double unders

B woke up right when I finished.  

A short workout is better than no workout.
