I worked on my GOAT yesterday, my headstand, and actually got it on the first try! Thank you Pinterest for the step by step pictorial! Still excited about it today so I thought I would work on it some more this morning before work.
Now, I’m not a vain person. I don’t like asking other people to take my picture for my blog. (Which I’m sure you just now noticed) So I decided to use voice feature on my camera to get a few shots of me getting my headstand on. Which entailed me screaming repeatedly “CAPTURE! CAPTURE! CAPTURE!” while upside down. Thank goodness no one was home.
This week I was supposed to go on a business trip but since I’m still breastfeeding B, I decided to stay home and join the meetings remotely. Which means sitting in front of the computer for incredibly long periods of time. I’m just waiting for someone to comment on how much I eat.
But you know what would really have helped out this week? A crockpot meal. If I had done that, not only would my place smell great, but I would have something delicious and warm waiting for me instead of having to scurry and get a meal made in the allotted time I have to make it. And is it a coincidence that I read this blog for Whole Foods this morning about the “how-to’s” of crockpot meals? Their Sausage and Shrimp Gumbo would certainly hit the spot right now…..
