Some people need to start asking this question.  I don’t tend to wear tight pants when I workout.   But when I do,  I stand in front of my husband and bend over.

Trust me, I’m doing you all a favor.

Because I’m deaf,  I rely so much more on my eyes and have fallen victim to see through pants.  If it happens once, I’ll tell you.  But if it happens twice, I’ll start to think its the look you’re going for.

Don’t be whack.  Check your crack.

T-Minus 12 days and my training is going very well.  Still following CrossFit Endurance drills before WODDing 3-4 days a week.  My nutritionist put me on a meal plan that has me eating enough to fuel my workouts and it is going incredibly well.  It is allowing me a bowl of cereal after I workout so I’m not complaining!

Naturally I am eating more which means I am cooking more.  But with the amount that I am eating, I really needed to utilize my crockpot…and I made a wonderful discovery; Curry Shredded Chicken!  This recipe, I am proud to say, is mine.  A friend had sent me a recipe but I revised it quite a bit.  It’s very good alone, on top of a sweet potato (but then again, what ISN’T?), topped with avocado……

Curry Shredded Chicken

~5 lbs of chicken breasts
1-28 oz jar of Daddy’s jarred tomatoes
4T curry powder
1 can of chickpeas, drained
1-4oz can of diced green chilies
4T kerrygold butter

Directions: dump it all in the crockpot.  Set on low for 8 hours.  Boom. image
